Apple Crumb Torte
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Lg can ED Smith apple pie filling
- 1 pkg dream whip
- graham wafer crumbs
Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat again. Butter an 8x8 pan and spread with 1/4 cup graham crumbs.
Cover with creamed mixture , then top with apple pie filling. Cover with dream whip that was mixed according to package. Top with 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs.
Freeze-- to serve..defrost in bottom of fridge.
