Ingredients

  •  2 small to medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  •  2 small sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  •  1/4 to 1/3 cup soya or almond mylk
  •  1 tbsp canola or olive oil
  •  1 tsp chives
  •  1 tsp parsley
  •  1 tsp dill
  •  1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  •  salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with a potato masher. Add the rest of
the ingredients and whip until smooth and fluffy. Add more or less mylk to achieve desired consistency.
