Ingredients
- 2 small to medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 small sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup soya or almond mylk
- 1 tbsp canola or olive oil
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with a potato masher. Add the rest of
the ingredients and whip until smooth and fluffy. Add more or less mylk to achieve desired consistency.
