Salsa Dip

  • 250g pkg cream cheese
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 lb hamburg
  • 500 ml bottle salsa
  • 500 g tex mex shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook hamburg, drain. Spread bottom of 8x8 pan with cream cheese. Cover with layer of salsa, hamburg, sour cream, salsa, hamburg, sour cream til all is used. Top with shredded cheese. Put in 400' oven til cheese is melted. Enjoy with tortilla chips or crackers.
