Ingredients
- 1 can Artichokes
- 4 oz. chopped Roasted red pepper
- 1 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Light mayo)
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup chopped shrimp (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Drain artichokes well and chop. Combine artichokes with remaining ingredients. Place in 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 30' till golden brown. It can be prepared day before and refrigerated. Serve hot on crackers or party rye.
