- 2 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2/3 C LUKEWARM WATER
- VEGETABLE OIL

Step 1
CUT BUTTER INTO FLOUR BAKING POWDER AND SALT. SPRINKLE IN WATER 1 T AT A TIME TOSSING WITH FORK UNTIL ALL FLOUR IS MOISTENED AND DOUGH ALMOST CLEANS SIDE OF BOWL. FORM INTO BALL COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR THIRTY MINUTES. HEAT OIL TO 400 DEGREES. ROLL DOUGH ON LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE INTO RECTANGLE CUT INTO WEDGES AND GOLDEN TURNING ONCE. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
