Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Cups Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1/2 Cup White Baking Chips
- 1 tsp. Shortening

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until blended. Stir in oats and coconut. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. In a microwave, melt baking chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Drizzle over cookies, refrigerate until set. Store in airtight containers.
