Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 12 oz bag Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 12 oz bag Milk Chocolate Chips, divided
- 2/3 cup Self Rising Flour
- 3 Large Eggs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square pan with nonstick foil. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 2 minutes until melted, stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Stir in the flour and eggs until combined. Stir in 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread into the corners. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until risen and just firm to the touch.
Cool completely in the pan, then cut the mixture into squares. Store the brownies in an airtight container.
