Beet salad

  • beets
  • sea salt
  • ground cumin
  • minced garlic
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • cilantro



Step 1

Cut of both ends of beets and boil in water 15-20 minutes, or until you can easily plunge a knife into the largest beet.

Drain beets in colander. Hold beets in cold running water and peel skin off. It should come off easily.

Cut beets into 1 inch cubes.

Toss beets with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for an hour then serve.
