HUGE yorkshire pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 4 oz all-purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix milk, flour, salt & eggs. Let rest 10 minutes.

Preheat Yorkshire pudding tray or muffin tin with 1/2 inch oil in each section for 10 minutes. Divide batter into tin. Cook 15-20 minutes until crispy and puffy. (Don't open oven door during cooking)
