Ingredients

  • 4

    celery ribs with leaves, chopped

  • 1

    medium onion, chopped

  • 2

    tbs butter

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    can cream of celery soup

  • 1

    bottle (8 oz) clam juice

  • 1

    can chicken broth

  • 6

    cubed red potatoes, skin on

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp white pepper

  • 3-4

    cans choppped clam with juice

Directions

Saute celery and onion in butter. In bowl whisk soup, clam juice, and broth. Add sauted veggies. Add potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover, and cook 25 minutes. Add clams and simmer 15 minutes more.
