PICKLED EGGS (SUSAN)

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon pickling spice
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mixed all ingredients except eggs and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.

Put eggs in sterilized jar and pour vinegar mixture and add the crushed red pepper flakes. Seal. Let it cool, and keep in fridge. Ready in 10 days.
