  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced (Fugi is recommended)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Step 1

Drop apple slices in the bottom of pitcher (save a few to drop in your glass) and then the cinnamon stick, cover with ice about 1/2 way, then fill with water. Place in fridge for 10 minutes before serving. Refill 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.

Can make it with 2 apples and 2 cinnamon sticks - all according to taste. Drink all day instead of any other liquids.
