Ingredients
- 1 package (.25 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour, or use all purpose
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, sugar and yeast in a bowl, proof until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. let rest for 5 minutes.
Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a round crust.
