Ingredients
- 2 Packages of Louisiana Crawfish (rinsed)
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Package Frozen Seasoning Mix
- Minced garlic
- 2 Cans Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- Bay Leaves
- Chicken Broth (to desired thickness)
- Kitchen Bouquet (for color desired)

Step 1
Rinse bags of crawfish. Saute crawfish in butter and frozen seasoning mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves,cayenne pepper. Cook for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hour on low.
