Hard little Dumplings

These are delicious in about any soup.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingred. well. Bring a medium pan of water to a boil. Drop dough into boiling water by 1/4 tsp at a time. Cook about 3 min. Drain and add to soup.
