Ingredients
- 2 16 oz bags black beans soak according to bag directions
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 lg onions diced
- 2 med Green Pepper diced
- 6-8 cloves of garlic minced
- Bay leavs

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until softened
Add olive oil to beans either in slow cooker or on low heat on the stove
add onion, green pepper and garlic to beans.
Add several bay leaves 3-4 if larger more if smaller.
Cook until beans are soft.
Serve over white rice.
