Holly Jolly Cookie Bars are an easy to make Yummy Bar Recipe that is perfect for leaving under the tree on Christmas Eve or giving to friends and neighbors.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup holiday M&M’s
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4oz.
• 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment and set aside.

Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large mixer bowl and beat well.

Add dry pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

Fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.

Press into prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes.

Once done baking, press in white chocolate chips on top.
