Ingredients
- 2 pound pork loin
- Marinade
- Soy sauce
- Fresh ginger
- Minced garlic
- Lemon juice
- Pecan Praline Sauce
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses or pancake syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Step 1
Make the marinade and marinade the pork loin at least two hours, or as long as overnight.
Grill the pork until the outside is seared, let cool and slice into medallions. Place the medallions in a baking dish and bake for another 20 minutes at 350 degrees. While the pork is cooking, make the praline sauce by combining all ingredients and heating until melted, but not boiling. Pour over the baking medallions and cook for approximately 5 minutes more.
