Meringue

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 1/3 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 Tbs water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, corn starch and baking powder. Beat egg whites with water until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar to mixture of egg whites and beat well. Use on pies and puddings.
