Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (cut up)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup uncooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Put rice in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Mix canned soups and milk together then pour over rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix and pieces of chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
