Pollock Pea Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups split green peas
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 1 onion, cut in half
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3-4 beef soup bones (meaty, with little fat)
  • Dill (a nice handful)
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place everything in the pressure cooker and cook for 25 minutes. Process through Foley mill or blender. Add salt and water as necessary.
