Polenta Rounds With Sausage & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 tube polenta
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 lb. lamb
  • Italian herbs
  • parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Slice polenta into ¼” discs

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 on 1 side until crisp. Turn over and add sausage mixture. Bake another 15 mins. Take out & add chopped dried cranberries or pomegranate on top.


Sausage mixture:

Brown lamb sausage meat with Italian herbs, cheese, salt & pepper.
