Tuna/Swordfish Marinade

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 oz. tuna steaks
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemnon juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Prick tuna steaks all over with fork and place in shallow dish.
Whisk marinade ingredients together and pour over steaks.
Preheat grille to medium and lightly oil the grate.
Remove steaks from dish. Pour marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook steaks on grille, basting with marinade, 5-6 min. per side.
Serve with lemon wedges.
