Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Papaya, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup Mango, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup Pineapple, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped fine
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
