Ingredients

• 3 8-oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 5 eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tbs flour
• 1/4 dup heavy cream
• 2 orange peels, grated
• 2 lemon peels, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8' round spring form pan with butter, dust with graham cracker crumbs

Place pan (full) in 1-inch of water (in another pan) at 450 degrees bringing water to a boil for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 250 degrees and cook another 1 1/2 hours. Cool 2 hours before serving.
