Ingredients
- 1 pkge Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 pkge. instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 3 Egg Whites
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon extract
- 1 pkge Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8 oz. tub Whipped Topping

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat on low speed for 1 min. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 22 - 28 min. 350 degrees. Cool.
In mixing bowl, combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix. Beat on low for 2 min. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cake and refrigerate.
