Creamsicle Cake

Ingredients

• 1 orange cake mix ( box)
• 1 sm pkg orange jello( 1C hot water , 1/2 C cold water)
• 1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding (1 C milk)
• 1 t orange extract
• 1 container cool whip (8 oz)
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour into 9 x 13" pan.
Bake according to box directions.
After removing cake from the oven, poke holes in cake with a straw or fork.
Mix jello, pour evenly over partly cooled cake.
Mix cool whip, pudding, orange extract & vanilla.
Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Spread evenly over cooled cake.
