Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup +2 tablespoons sifted flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt set aside
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 6 tablespoons brown sugar packed
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon water
• 1 egg
• 6 ounce package chocolate chips
• 4 BATCHES
• 10 cups flour 4 teaspoons baking soda 4 teaspoon salt 4 cups butter 3 cups sugar 3 1/2 cups brown sugar 5 teaspoons vanilla 8 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together sifted flour baking soda and salt set-aside
combine softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and water.
Beat in a add flour mix mix well stir in chocolate chips

bake at 375° for 10 – 12 minute
single batch makes 50 – 2 inch cookies
