Ingredients
- Thin pork chops
- Milk
- Eggs
- Saltine crackers. Crushed
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat off chops and beat with meat tenderizer until desired thinness. Beat eggs and add milk. Put cracker crumbs in another dish. Get oil hot for frying, dip chops in egg and milk mixture, then in cracker crumbs and fry until browned.
