Ingredients
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 c flaxseed
- 2 c cook mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 T mandioca flour
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- mandioca flour
- 1/2 to 1 cup water

Step 1
Grease the center of an oven tray with olive oil. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Make a depression in the flour and add olive oil, a little water, and lemon juice. Mix quickly. Do not overbeat. Grease your hands. Add more water or mandioca flour to make it stick together and knead it together a little in the bowl with your hands. You want it to be somewhat sticky and forming a ball, not dry or runny. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Cool on a rack.
