Ingredients
- Chrust:
- 5 whole graham crackers
- 3/4 cup AP flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 6 tblsp cream
- 9 oz. chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Whir the crackers till fine crumb. Add the flour, brown sugar and egg, then add the butter till mixed. Press into a 8-8 inch pan. Bake @350* for 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
Simmer cream and then add the chocolate. Stir till meltd, then add the marshmallows. Then spread on top of the crust. Refrigerate 2 hours.
