Ingredients
- 16 oz. can pureed pumpkin
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie pan.
Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. If your blender doesn't hold 5 cups, beat the mixture with a stand-type mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour the ingredients into the prepared pie plate.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
