- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T honey
- 1 T olive oil
- 4 c arugula
- 2 c sliced fresh strawberries
- salt & pepper to taste

Whisk together lemon juice, honey and oil in a large bowl.
Add arugula & strawberries, and toss until coated; season with salt & pepper.
