Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef (omit for meatless lasagna)
  • 1-2 pounds ricotta cheese (use 2 pounds if omitting ground beef)
  • 1-2 pounds mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons parsley
  • 6 cups homemade spaghetti sauce (or 2 jars of store bought)
  • 1 package lasagna noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.

In non-stick skillet, brown ground beef. Rinse well and allow to cool.

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta and parsley, mixing well.
