Ingredients
- 1 baked pastry shell
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons dry Jell-o
Preparation
Step 1
Combine last four ingredients and cook until thick. Stirring. Cool.
Place strawberries in baked pie shell.
Cover with above mixture.
Chill and top with whipped cream or cool whip.
Garnish with sliced strawberries.
