Strawberry Tarts

Ingredients

  • Premade tart shells, phyllo or shortbread
  • Instant SF pudding – cheesecake, vanilla or lemon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 t. vanilla or 2 t. Amaretto or dark rum
  • Strawberries, sliced or any other fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pudding as directed on package; chill.

Ten minutes before serving, spoon pudding into tart shells and arrange sliced berries starting around the outside and working your way to the inside ending in the middle with a small perfect berry.

Spoon whipped cream on the side of the dish next to the tart.

NOTE: Use half and half and electric beaters to whip the filling. It will be like pastry cream
