Ingredients
- 1 cup palm shortening OR grass fed butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional - makes the frosting fluffy)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat the shortening or butter until very smooth. Add the remaining ingredients until incorporated.
2. If frosting is not stiff enough, refrigerate for awhile and then beat again.
