Ingredients

  • 1 10 1/2 oz can Campbells Condensed Onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 Tbl flour
  • 1/4 C catsup
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 tsp worchestershire
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, combine 1/3 C soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 Oval patties. In skillet, brouwn patties and pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients stir to loosen browned bits. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings
