Ingredients
- 8 GRANNY SMITH APPLES, PEELED, CHOPPED
- 1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 3/4 WATER
- DASH SALT
- 1 TBSP CINNAMON
Preparation
Step 1
ALL INGREDIANTS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN. BRING TO A BOIL. LOWER HEAT TO MEDIUM, COVER PAN, COOK FOR 20-30 MINUTES. MASH APPLES AS IT COOKS.
LET COOL.
