Cheese Ball

This recipe uses cream cheese instead of the usual cheddar cheese. I make this every year for Christmas Eve, it has become a family tradition.

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained very very well
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped small
  • 1 tablespoon Season All

Preparation

Step 1

** Reserve 1 cup of the finely chopped pecans in which to roll the cheese ball after mixing.

Mix all ingredients (hands work best). Form into a ball and cover with 1 cup reserved pecans.

Keep refrigerated.
