- 4 teaspoons creme de cassis (black currant syrup; available at liquor stores)
- 1 bottle Brut Champagne - (375 ml)
- 2 lemon twists
Pour 2 teaspoons of the creme de cassis in each of 2 tall, fluted Champagne glasses. Pour the Champagne into each glass, and add a lemon twist.
