Chicken Salad

Very yummy as a meal on it's own.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup green or red grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup olive oil mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the chicken, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl amd mix well. Add celery, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges and almonds to the chicken mixture. Toss mayo to coat. Chill, covered, until serving time.
