Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3/4 cups dry oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Combine all together and mix well. Press firmly into ungreased pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for one hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
