Ingredients
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 Tbs butter melted
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl. Add egg yolks and milk slowly. Beat together until batter is smooth, then add melted butter and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
