Ingredients

  • 3

    bread slices per sandwich

  • fresh fruit choices that work together: Pick 2 or 3

  • banana

  • strawberries

  • blueberries

  • raspberries

  • blackberries

  • red or green seedless grapes

  • peanut butter (with or without nuts)

Directions

Strawberries need to be cut in 1/4' r 1/2" pieces. If raspberries or blackberries are large, cut in half. Cut grapes in half. In bowl, toss all fruit choices lightly to mix them. Lay bread slices out and put thin layer of peanut butter on each slice. Next place the fruit one every other slice. With one slice with fruit cover with one slice with just peanut butter. Next spread the top piece lightly with peanut butter and then place fruit on it. Next just put the last piece of bread on top. You now have a 2 layer sandwich or double decker.
