Mango juice is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich fruit juice.
- 2-3 ripe Alphonso mango
- 2 tsp sugar
- Water as required
- Few ice cubes

1. Wash the mangoes.
2. Peel mangoes & cut them into small pieces.
3. Now put them in a blender with ice cubes, water, & sugar.
4. Blend until smooth & run through a sieve.
5. Pour the juice into glasses.
6. Serve chilled.
