Ranch Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1- 6 "X8"X2", 2 1/4 lb. foil pan
  • 1.5 lb sliced peaches
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • flour
  • sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put 2 pats butter on bottom of pan. Pour in peaches. Sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Mix 1/8 cup flour with 1/3 cup sugar and pour on top. Put 2 more pats butter on top. Using frozen pie crust, cut to fit and place on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
