Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli rabe
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, thinnly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 15-ouce can rinsed and drained cannellini beans
- 1 ounce shaved parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring 8 ounces of water to boil. Cut Broccoli rabe into 2 inch pieces. Cook broccoli rabe for two minutes and drain.
2. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Ad oil to pan. Add crushed red pepper and cook for 30 seconds. Add garlic and broccoli rabe to pan and cook for 2 minutes
3. Add beans and cook for one minutes until heated through.
4. Top with cheese.
