  • When you need a quick and easy dessert to satisfy a crowd, serve up this delicious dip with pie-crust crisps that are sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • Crisps:
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 ready-made pie crust sheets
  • 1–2 Tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

To make the dip, whip the cream cheese in a stand mixer. Next, add the confectioners' sugar, cream, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and espresso powder and mix until combined. Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes.

To make the pie crisps, while the dip is chilling, mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Unroll the pie crust sheets and brush them with the milk. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pie crust sheets, then cut them into 1-1/2" squares or triangles. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until they're light golden brown. Transfer the crisps to a rack and allow them to cool before serving with the dip.
