Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 clover garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 8 oz. can, drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in butter. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes (if mushrooms are raw). Stir in chicken soup and mushroom soup, if used. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over egg noodles
